- Payment info: stored by Stripe, not on our servers
- Ride records: pickup, dropoff, time, fare, driver, ratings
- Safety tool inputs: BAC estimator inputs, reaction-test results — used only by you
How we use it
- Operate the service (match drivers, charge fares, send notifications)
- Safety (SOS, emergency contacts during active rides)
- Customer support and dispute resolution
- Required regulatory and legal disclosures
Insurance partners
We never share ride data with insurance partners without your explicit, scoped consent. You can grant, modify, or revoke consent in the app at any time. Revocation is immediate.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion. Open a support ticket in the app to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.
